Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using aivoicechanger.homes (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

The Service re-renders a recording you provide in a different voice. It separates the vocal from the uploaded media, analyses the performance, and applies the voice pack you select. The Service does not train reusable voice models from your uploads and does not clone a speaker for you.

All processing happens on our servers; you need a supported browser and a file we accept.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You sign in with Google and must be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure.

4. Your uploads and the rights you must hold

Changing a voice affects the rights of the person whose voice it is. By uploading a file you confirm that:

• You own the recording, or you have the permission needed to use and modify it.
• You hold the rights or written consent required to apply the voice pack you selected.
• You will not use the Service to impersonate a real person in a way that is deceptive, defamatory, harassing, or unlawful.
• You will not convert the voice of a minor, or of a public figure, for deceptive purposes.

5. Voice packs and intellectual property

Voice packs are licensed to you for use through the Service; they are not sold or transferred. Pack names, pack identities, and the Service itself, including its software, design, and branding, remain our property or the property of our licensors.

You keep ownership of the recordings you upload. Subject to these Terms, you may use the audio you render as your plan allows.

6. Plans, usage, and billing

Pro and Studio are subscriptions billed through Stripe. Pro is $12 per month and Studio $39 per month, and annual billing saves 17% against the monthly rate. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of conversion minutes; unused minutes do not roll over unless a plan states otherwise.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel from your billing settings at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices exclude taxes, which are added where required.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to create content that is illegal, that impersonates a person without their consent, that harasses or threatens anyone, that spreads disinformation about a real person, or that infringes third-party rights. You may not attempt to bypass metering, resell conversion capacity, or probe the Service for vulnerabilities without written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, and we may remove content when we are legally required to do so.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available, but it is provided on an "as available" basis and may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. Features, pack line-ups, and plan allowances may evolve, and material changes to paid features will be reflected in your account or by notice.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Converted audio is synthetic; you are responsible for how you use it and for complying with the laws that apply where you publish it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Termination and contact

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from your account area. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached or if we are required to by law.
